How do I return an item?

Simply return the rod with a copy of your original receipt directly to IRod Fishing Rod Warranty Center. In order for us to complete the warranty as quickly as possible, we must have the entire rod including the broken parts.

If a rod broke due to normal wear and tear, accident, neglect or misuse, the rod can still be replaced at a reasonable cost.

Please return the 2” section of the rod with the model number on it. Include $50 for the warranty fee and $20 for return shipping payable to Irod. (International customers will be charged actual shipping and insurance costs, and will be responsible for all related customs and duty charges.) Please be sure to include your name, address, email, daytime phone number including area code)
